Please contact Customer Service at sales@beevalve.com for warranty evaluation. Bee Valve is not responsible for any damage resulting from accident, misuse or abuse of Bee Valve products. Upon confirmation of defects in material and/or workmanship, Bee Valve, at its option, will replace or repair defective products, without charge, for a period of one year from date of shipment.

Shipping

Please notify Bee Valve with shipping instructions. If no instruction is given, Bee Valve will send order the best way.

Claims and Returns

All returns must have an accompanying return material authorization number (RMA number), regardless of reason for return. Please contact Bee Valve Customer Service at sales@beevalve.com for a RMA confirmation prior to returning goods. All claims, other than for defects, must be made within 30 days after receipt of goods. Return shipments must be prepaid. C.O.D. or “Freight Collect” shipments will not be accepted. There will be a 15% restocking charge on any items returned for credit or exchange when the error is not Bee Valves’. Goods must be in new and original condition. Once items are received back into our warehouse, a credit will be applied to the customer account or replacement goods will be issued. Goods must be received back into our warehouse within 30 days of issuance of RMA or RMA will be considered closed and a credit or exchange will not be issued.
